SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Beast Sports, our promise to you is to have orders dispatched and delivered as fast as possible, USA wide.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS

Our shipping and handling fee is a flat $10 USA wide or FREE DELIVERY if you spend over $50 per transaction.

Orders from our website beastsports.org  are dispatched daily by 2pm (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we aim to always offer prompt and timely service. If you’ve missed the 2pm cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day. Delivery is estimated 1-3 days in Metro Areas and 1-5 days in Rural Areas. Please note: during sale periods dispatch time is estimated but may take 1-3 days to be dispatched.

All orders are freighted via Couriers Please and are delivered right to your door, so please ensure you provide your street address. Fit Nutrition cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided.

DELIVERY METHODS

Standard Delivery – Free for orders over $50, $10 flat rate for orders under the threshold. Order must be placed by 2pm. Estimated 1-3 business days.

Same Day Delivery Metro Sydney – $12 Flat Rate. Order must be placed by 1pm. Delivery by 6pm that night. Please confirm your postcode is eligible before choosing this method. Check eligibility. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Beast Sports will immediately replace or refund any broken, damaged or incorrect items. Our policy lasts 30 days and we’ll make sure we deal with any issues straight away!

To make a claim we request that you follow these steps: 

Step 1. Send an email to [email protected]

Step 2. Provide the following details within the email:
    • Your name and invoice number.
    • Brief description of the problem you are experiencing
    • Clear pictures of any damage or incorrect items 
 
Step 3. To be eligible for a return, we may request that your unused item/s be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Cost of the return may be free of charge depending on the level of damage. When returning an item, we highly recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking details to help ensure its safe arrival. We apologise, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process. 

Step 4. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Step 5. Once received, Beast Sports will then organise to resend a brand new item/s or the correct item, depending on what the initial problem was. 


Step 6. If you decide that you do not want your items resent, we are happy to refund your purchase. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that we want all customers to be satisfied with their orders, however if you simply don’t like the taste of something, give it to a friend who will, as we cannot refund for this reason.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about a purchase and return it to us unopened and in re-saleable condition within 28 days, we will offer you a product exchange or a credit note.

If you have had an adverse reaction to a product, or simply don’t like the taste, it doesn’t necessarily mean that there is something wrong with the product itself. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Beast Sports and we will always try to find a solution.

For all returns we will require a Beast Sports receipt (or proof of purchase) and we may require you to complete a brief return form.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
